Swiss Education Group (下稱本集團)承諾遵從《個人資料(私穩)條例》的有關規定。為此，並確保所有員工均會執行嚴格的保安及保密準則。
收集個人資料聲明
- 本集團收集閣下的個人資料，以處理及跟進閣下提交的登記或查詢。
- 本集團所收集個人資料將作以下用途:
– 確認閣下的身份
– 處理閣下的登記
– 回答閣下的查詢 - 使用者以電子方式傳遞的資料，有機會在過程中被第三者竊取。使用者如因此引致損失，本集團將不會負責。
- 所收集得的個人資料將會絕對保密。本集團可將資料提供予有關部門作與行政及學術有關的用途。除非獲得資料當事人同意或在法律強制下，否則本集團不會向外界機構或團體披露當事人在作出要求或查詢時所提供的任何個人資料。
- 除非特別列明，本集團一般會在所需要的期間內保留使用者之登記或查詢時所提供的資料。

- 如果本私隱政策聲明的中、英文本有任何差異，應以英文本為準。
Privacy Policy & Personal Information Collection
Privacy Policy Statement
The Swiss Education Group (SEG) pledges to comply with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, and ensure compliance by our staff with the strictest standards of security and confidentiality.
Personal Information Collection Statement
- Provision of personal data is necessary for processing and following up your registration or enquiry.
- The information collected from you will be used for the purposes of:
– verifying your identity;
– processing your registration;
– answering your enquiry. - It is possible that any information submitted electronically could be observed by a third party in transit. SEG shall not be liable for any loss or damage to you as a result of this.
- Information we collect about you is strictly confidential. Data may be provided to the universities for administrative and academic purposes. We will not disclose your personal information to any external bodies or organizations unless you have been consulted or we are required to do so by law.
- Unless specified otherwise SEG will retain your personal data provided during registration or enquiry for a period.
- If you wish to access or correct your personal data held by SEG, please submit a request to info@swisseducation.com.hk .
- If there is any discrepancy or conflict between the English version and the Chinese version of this Privacy Policy Statement, the English version prevails.
